Our Owner + Designer

Hi beauty! My name is Amanda Marie Clementina Smith, owner + designer of Clementinee Design. My brand specializes in two categories; made to order custom pieces that tailor to you and christian apparel for everyday comfort.  

Clementine was designed with a purpose in mind. The purpose of spreading love of Jesus Christ wherever you go when you wear my apparel. It was created to help those who struggle, feel alone or may have lost hope. But don’t worry, you are not alone!

Here’s my testimony.. I would not be the woman I am today without my savior, healer and miracle worker - my God! In 2022, I started turning more to God in everything I did. I struggled with depression, insecurities, and pain from my past. When I started making a commitment to going to church every Sunday and studying the word of God, things changed in my life. Everything I wanted started to fall apart. I started losing people that I thought were meant for me. I started losing confidence in myself. I started to become isolated from the world. I felt like the more I was turning to God’s word, the more I was losing things along the way. 

What I realized was God was removing the people and things that were not part of his plans. You see, God can’t bless you if you’re distracted by things that are not from him. God tears you down from the worldly things to build you back up in his image. God fills you with him.

 “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” -  2 Corinthians 5:7

The reason I am telling you my story is because you’re not alone. God is with you even when you don’t see him or feel him. He is with you when you don’t understand why things are happening in your life in a way that may feel negative. But you must realize that in order for God to work in your life, you have to let go when he says “let go.” Don’t fight him. Just let go. If he’s removing people or things from your life then that means he has something bigger for you. 

  "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." - Isaiah 41:10

My vision for Clementinee Design is to be more than just a fashion brand. Our goal is to create a teaching series that focuses on the fundamentals of sewing and building your own fashion brand. Develop mentoring programs that help young entrepreneurs follow their dreams. We also strive in giving back to the community through volunteering and donations.
