Our guarantee is to provide the highest quality products to our customers and provide the best customer service possible. All our products are handmade and made to order, but if for any reason you're not satisfied with the products, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once we received your returned item, we'll process it as quickly as possible. You'll get a full refund, or you can choose to exchange the item for something else within our shop. You will be responsible for the return shipping label - flat rate $6.95.

Items marked Final Sale will not be accepted for a return.
